Each item is posted using an Australia Post Tracking Id which Doggyvale will share with you once it has been sent out.
The length of time to deliver the item is dependent on Australia Post and you can access the location of the item by checking the Australia Post tracking website/app.

Doggyvale is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or items marked as “Delivered” on the Australia Post Tracking website. However, we will work with you to help resolve an order with a ‘Delivered’ status.
Where an order is returned to Doggyvale, because of an error in the address you provided, we will contact you as soon as possible to organise delivery to the corrected or new address. and any costs associated with redelivery will be borne by the Purchaser.

- As each item is hand made using traditional tools and techniques, each item can result in slight differences. This does not constitute a flaw and cannot be a reason to return the item.
- Due to photographic limitations and screen variations, the actual colours of products and components may be different to those you see on your screen and do not constitute as a flaw and cannot be a reason to return the item.
